HakiElimu invites sealed bids from interested and eligible individuals, companies, and organizations for the purchase of a used motor vehicle as detailed below:

2. Inspection of the Vehicle
The vehicle may be inspected at HakiElimu offices located at Mathuradas Road, Upanga West Plot number 739, Dar es Salaam, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
3. Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders must submit:
- A sealed envelope clearly marked: “Tender for Purchase of Vehicle T 565 DLR”
- Full name, address, and contact details of the bidder
- A copy of valid identification (for individuals) or company registration documents (for companies)
- A clearly stated bid price in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
4. Submission Deadline
All sealed bids must be submitted to the address below not later than 27th April, 2026, 2pm.

6. Terms and Conditions
- The vehicle will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
- HakiElimu reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons.
- The highest bid may not necessarily be accepted.
- Successful bidder must complete payment within seven days (7) days after notification.
- Transfer ownership costs and applicable taxes shall be borne by the successful bidder.
